When you purchase any product from Green Flash Marketing and Nowpreneur, you will be given a User ID and Password that allows you to access your product(s). You acknowledge and agree:
- You will not share your User ID and Password with anyone else or allow others to access your products using your User ID. If you do, your access will be immediately terminated with no refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason.
- After the refund period stated on the order page, your purchase price is not refundable, regardless of your use of the product. If no refund period is stated on the order page, you have 30 days to request a refund.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the content available as an Nowpreneur member.
- Your product purchase gives you “lifetime access” meaning you will have access to the course as long as Nowpreneur continues to operate.
- You understand we cannot guarantee your results. Your success is dependent on many factors out of our control. While we believe our products will help you be more successful, your mileage may vary.

By purchasing from us any subscription-based membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You will not share your User ID and Password with anyone else or allow others to access your Membership using your User ID. If you do, your access will be immediately terminated with no refund.
- We have the right to refuse the Membership or cancel the Membership at any time for any reason.
- After 30 days from purchase, your Membership fees are non-refundable, regardless of the frequency with which you access the Membership content.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the content available through the Membership.
- You will be billed for your membership according to the information on the order page. If monthly, you will be automatically billed each month until you ask us to cancel your membership. To stop the monthly billing and cancel your membership, simply email us at SUPPORT@NOWPRENEUR.COM at least 24 hours before your billing date. For as long as your membership is active you agree to authorize our billing company to charge your credit card for the ongoing membership fee.
- It is your responsibility to let us know of any of the following changes in your credit card: Change in home or billing address or other contact information; change in security code; or an apparent breach of security of your username or password, such that unauthorized access to the Membership is possible. Unless you give proper notice to us of any such event, you agree to pay all charges for unauthorized use. Notifications can be made by email to SUPPORT@NOWPRENEUR.COM
